Welcome to Jordan Creative Design. By accessing or using our website and our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Site or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide freelance graphic design services, including but not limited to logo design, branding, web design, and print materials. Specific details about Services are available on our Site.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform the Services. Any delays or issues caused by inaccurate information may result in additional charges or extended timelines.

4. Payment Terms

• All fees for our Services will be outlined in the project proposal.

• A nonrefundable 50% upfront deposit is required before start of project(s), then 50% upon completion at which point assets will then be delivered to client.

• We accept payment via debit/credit card transactions via Stripe.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created for your project.

• We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Revisions

We include three rounds of revisions in our Services. Additional revisions may incur extra charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to execution.

7. Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel this agreement in writing with 14 days' notice. If the Client cancels the project after work has begun, the Designer retains the right to bill for hours worked or a prorated portion of the project fee. Any deposit paid is non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or Site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
